Speed, Agility, & Fitness Training Functionally Designed For Soccer Players!
Our program is designed to improve 4 areas of fitness: Speed, Agility, Endurance, and Overall Body Strength. Through the use of proper mechanics and technique combined with a periodized schedule, we aim to reduce the risk of injury while maximizing performance in our 8 week or 16 week programs. Each student will perform various base line tests during their first week of class to gauge their specific strengths and weaknesses. On the last week of class each student will be retested to show signs of improvement!
